A Maya payment link for every customer, whatever app they use

Maya is one of the most used e-wallets in the Philippines, but your customers don’t all use it. Some pay with GCash, others from BDO, BPI or a digital bank. If you only send your Maya number, half of them have to work out how to transfer between apps on their own.

A Maya payment link puts your Maya details on one page and guides each customer based on the app they actually have. Maya users get the same-app route. Everyone else gets InstaPay steps, including which name to choose in their app’s list.

mypayme.app/@

Free for one page. Money goes straight to your account.

Set it up in 3 steps

  1. 1

    Claim your link

Create a free Mypayme page and choose your username.

  2. 2

    Add Maya

Enter your name as it appears in Maya and your registered mobile number, then upload the receiving QR saved from the Maya app.

  3. 3

    Share it

Use the same link in chats, bios, invoices and your printed QR poster.

Maya wallet or Maya Savings: which should I share?

Maya has an e-wallet and a separate savings account (Maya Bank). They have different account details, so pick the one you actually want to receive into. On Mypayme, add the e-wallet as “Maya” and the savings account as “Maya Bank (Savings)” so payers know which is which.

Getting paid into Maya from GCash or a bank

When a customer taps GCash or their bank on your page, they’re told to send through InstaPay and choose Maya from the list of banks and e-wallets. InstaPay transfers usually arrive within seconds. Your customer’s app may charge a small fee, and a single InstaPay transfer is capped at ₱50,000.

  • Same app (Maya to Maya): usually free and instant.
  • From GCash or a bank: InstaPay, near-instant, fees set by the sender’s app.
  • Scanning your QR: works in apps that support QR Ph codes.

Set up your Maya details so payers can verify them

When someone sends money to Maya, their app shows the registered name on the account, often partly hidden, before they confirm. Enter that same name on your page so payers can match it. If your shop name is different, add it as your business name on the page rather than changing the account name.

Upload the receiving QR saved straight from the Maya app, not a screenshot of a screenshot. Mypayme reads the QR, shows payers the name inside it, and warns you if it doesn’t match the account name you entered.

Keep your Maya details safe

Only your account name and number are shown, and only after someone taps. Mypayme never asks for your Maya password or one-time codes. If you change phones or numbers, update the page once and every link you’ve shared stays correct.

Frequently asked questions

Is a Maya payment link free?

Yes. Mypayme is free for one payment page with up to five methods. Maya and your customer’s app may charge their own transfer fees.

Can GCash users pay my Maya?

Yes, through InstaPay. Your page tells GCash users which option to choose so they don’t have to guess.

Do I need Maya Business?

No. A regular Maya account works. Maya Business is for merchants who need things like card acceptance or settlement reports.

How do I know a customer really paid?

Check your Maya app. A screenshot isn’t proof of payment, because it can be edited or reused.

Is there a limit to how much I can receive in Maya?

Maya sets wallet limits based on how far your account is verified. If you expect larger payments, complete verification in the Maya app or share a bank account for big orders.
